All I keep getting is the run around from our government. DCF fails on their first 2 attempts to kidnap my then 2 year old grandson but succeeded on their 3rd by luring me to their office with bold face lies to only walk my grandson into the hands of kidnappers. Reached out to Michelle Marchand, DCF headquarters and she referred me to the Inspector General who turned around and gave my complaint back to Michelle Marchand to ‘investigate’. I was livid when she refused to acknowledge the KIDNAPPING and that IT (the kidnapping) was done in the best interest of the child!! Since when is ripping an innocent child away from the safety of their loving grandmother okay?... all evolved around manipulative lies by Sheila Luther, DCF who lured me to her office by flat out lying stating the police who had been in my home, searched my house with no search warrant them witnessed the interrogation by DCF and the police report that we were clueless about until it was too late stated ‘complaint unfounded’ and refused to accommodate DCF with a ‘legal kidnapping’, yet Sheila Luther stated they had not been happy with my demeanor and had questions for me at her office the next day after the police had left earlier to only have Luther return later with her lies. I should have listened to my gut instinct not to go. My sister talked me into it. After all they get paid to look after the best interest of children. We didn’t see it coming. A plotted kidnapping where a new shift of cops showed up who were told God only knows what but they weren’t the same cops who had been at my home. Hell, who knows if they were even really cops or part of this horrific corruption at hand. My 2nd complaint to to the IG specifically requested to leave DCF out of it but received another call from Michelle Marchand but this time I was told my grandson wasn’t ‘removed’ from me, he was removed from his mother!?! She was unable to answer any of my questions. If he wasn’t removed from me, then why did Leslie Jones (Shelia Luther’s boss) take part in the kidnapping and never spoke with me yet testified vicious lies about me that was completely opposite from what had been witnessed by FIVE cops about me?!? No evidence had to be produced which makes it very convenient for these greedy monsters to do what they do best.... LIE! Pathological liars. Why wasn’t I approved for a home study? Why wasn’t I allowed to see Braeden once he was placed in the ‘system’? Why wasn’t I allowed to spend the night in the hospital when Braeden was admitted? No answers. She gave me the # to Leslie Jones’ boss which you get a recording then a returned call by the ‘assistant’ who passes on the message and was told I would receive a call back but never did. No surprise there. Beware of these criminals. Their job security relies on their skillful lying tactics to place adoptable kids into the ‘system’ to be forced into adoption for Title IV-E funding that was included in the ASFA legislation in 1997 to only increase the lies that began by the system once the CAPTA legislation was signed in 1974 that first made our kids a commodity for federal funding and began very evil ‘organized crime’ played out by those putting on a total farce of protecting children and using the motto in the ‘best interest of the children’. It’s very discouraging. Any child is fair game. Modern day slavery.
