More power?  Exactly what kind of power?  How much power do these monsters need?  These people terrorized me in my own home twice!  I have never been treated so inhumanely in my life!  I have nightmares to this day.  Whenever someone knocks on my door, I get panic attacks now.  I trust no one.  There is no justification to have been treated so nefariously since DCF was literally able to steal my grandson on 2/27/14... They had been unsuccessful in 'legally kidnapping' him on 2/18/14, which didn't stop DCF from attempting to kidnap him with the help of the police on 2/26.  When that failed, DCF 'lured' me to their office the next day.  My sister and I truly believed DCF 'looked out for the best interest of children'... I'm here to tell you, that is the last thing that was taken into consideration when DCF traumatized my grandson and me on 2/18, 2/26 & 2/27.

Governor Rick Scott should NEVER have tried to 'fix' an agency with more money in order to make up for their past failures.  It's a double edge sword.  To pass such a bill that is going toward the never ending song and dance of abused kids being overlooked by a system paid for by our tax dollars so DCF can hire more social workers will only encourage these monsters to remove more children with lies and deception from homes where there is no abuse and/or neglect, as in my case, and endless cases around the world.  I know I'm not alone in seeking for answers that Senator Nancy Schaefer spoke volumes about before her tragic murder... I just knew that I would find that 'money' somehow played a part in my grandson being unconstituonally removed from a loving home!  It didn't take long for Senator Schaefer's words to surface... "Seeing the work of Gastapo, a 'protected empire', is how the Senator best describes DCF... Click here for a reality check  I'm sure she is turning over in her grave because she speaks of single parents as a target for CPS... Only I'm a 55 year old grandmother who raised both of my children by myself who has seen what DCF is very much capable of... DCF is getting very greedy... They are evil.  What do they have to lose when they go to the extreme to lie under oath to remove a child??  To go to the extreme of perjuring themselves in order to 'cash in' on MY grandson is all the wake up call I needed and am therefore sharing our story and Senator Nancy Schaefer lost her senate seat over when it was clear how corruptive CPS is >>> Was Senator Nancy Schaefer murdered because it would expose too many? 

It all looks good to those who have yet been subjected to having a child 'legally kidnapped' or as in my case having my grandson literally stolen from me after DCF had lied to me and told me police wanted to meet with me at their office to clear up a misunderstanding.  They had no legal documents but they literally stole my grandson and shoved me out the door!!  This occurred AFTER DCF and police had already terrorized my grandson and me on 2/18 when I was threatened to be arrested unless I handed my grandson over 'willingly' and when asked if they had legal docs they lied and claimed they didn't need any, then again on 2/26 they threatened to break my door down, searched my home, interrogated me and abused their power in such a way I am in total disbelief to this day... I had committed no crime, they had no search warrant, no probable cause, but I complied.  My grandson was my priority and I had nothing to hide.  There is no justification to have been treated in such a terrorizing manner to only have my grandson snatched away in the most inhumane way possible... To 'Serve and protect' - 'Looking out for the best interest' of a child is what I had believed in my heart would justify their actions for treating me in a way that I cannot believe is happening in the 'Land of the Free'.  It just so happens the police from this day had refused to remove my grandson and found the 'complaint unfounded' so DCF had me come to their territory the following day and had called in police working a different shift who appeared after my sister asked for documentation to be able to steal my grandson... But they had NONE.  DCF had isolated me in a room upon my arrival to what my sister and I had been told was to meet with the police who had completely violated mine & my grandsons 4th & 14th amendment rights the day before when they threatened to break down the door to MY house, searched MY house, counted MY LEGAL meds I have been taking since 1990 and demanded that I be interrogated by DCF... No search warrant, no probable cause!!  

If DCF hadn't deceived me in order to 'legally kidnap' my grandson where I was literally shoved out the door, giving me no explanation as to WHY they felt they needed to resort to such deception by ultimately dehumanizing me to a degree that will forever haunt me, there would be some 'logic' to their terroristic behavior on 2/18 & 2/26... BUT THEY DID RESORT TO SUCH MEASURES AND THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION!!!  How is this happening in America?  The 'Land of The Free'...

DCF can violate your rights at any given time AND commit perjury (character defamation) in order to 'legally kidnap' your child when there is no abuse and/or neglect that your child is being subjected to!  I thought perjury was a crime!  I worked for Verizon for 30 years and raised both of my kids on my own.  For DCF to testify that I had been arrested when I have always been a law abiding citizen was beyond disturbing and unconstitutional!!  DCF has no accountability when they are in the wrong because they have been given a power where they have been given free reign to 'save' our children at the expense of tax payers money, whose going to complain?  As long as it's saving children?  Well it's  NOT!!  It is destroying loving families... Dismembering families... There are no boundaries... More $$$ per child successfully removed from ANY home / 'Incentives' / to supposedly save children from what many have been misled to believe is going toward a system that cannot meet the demands of the reported ever growing increase of child abuse.  The reality is children who have never been subjected to abuse in the homes they are removed from unconstitutionally are placed into a home with Foster parent(s) where there is no guarantee that the children they take in are provided for in the way God had intended... They are traumatized!  In fact, I hear about abuse and deaths occurring in foster care more then I do about children abused by their parents.  The system is crippled.  If DCF/CPS are actually doing a good thing, how come we never hear from the media how DCF came to the rescue by saving an abused child from a home where they were removed??  Hindsights 20/20... I've NEVER heard the media 'DCF saved another child from an abusive home'.  Our children have no safety net once a loving parent finds they are powerless over this corruption.  Power or greed?  Both - is what is destroying families across America.   Too many are blind, thinking that 'money' is what these people need to step up to the plate and make up for all the children who slip through the cracks... The reality is DCF never received a call or many times receive a call from a vengeful person where a child is used as a pawn and other times, as in our case, DCF is easily manipulated by an abuser or someone seeking revenge. Most abused children happens behind closed doors - others choose to turn their head the other way.  It is insane the power DCF has to rip children away unconstitutionally, by going above the 'law' and continue to get away with violating the rights of law abiding citizens in order to 'save' a child where there is no evidence of ABUSE - sure, encourage the 'system' to play a role they are failing miserably at by giving them more money on top of a power that has only proven to be detrimental to more families then actually 'saving' children.  To be given the power to violate the rights of an individual and able to freely commit perjury in order to remove a child from a loving home - is such an injustice - that is NOT saving a child but instead causing trauma by ripping them away from the security of being loved in a way God had intended.  Removing a child may very well place them into real danger and by placing a child into State's care, there is no guarantee that child will be protected and a very real possibility be subjected to REAL ABUSE AND/OR DEATH by the hands of strangers who have no ability to put the needs of a child first and are only taking kids in for financial gain... NOT to provide a child with the love every child deserves to have.  DCF ARE THE ABUSERS!!! 

I am appalled that Governor Rick Scott feels the right thing to do in order to 'fix' DCF's failures is to throw more money their way.  Money is only going to encourage DCF to keep up with the 'numbers' and steal more children away unconstitutionally.  If DCF needs to resort to manipulation, going above the law and commit perjury to remove a child... The only one who gains is DCF >> $$$ >>> at OUR EXPENSE!!  It is such a hypocrisy of what is happening in America to our children.  Afterall there's plenty of 'incentive' for ANY child removed, right or wrong.  Where do we draw the line?  Our children deserve to have a voice!  Stop DCF from destroying The People!

Child Protective Services Are The Abusers

CPS steals children for profit.  Power comes into play also.  Power+Greed=Corruption [Evil]  ... I worked an honest living all my life to only find out the corruption that exists with CPS is paid for by us, the citizens, where many are not aware that CPS is federally funded and those who are aware believe the money is being used to 'protect children from abuse'.  I did.  That is a farce; the system actually pumps money into accounts of all those involved in the system, converting children into cash while destroying them and their families. The number of children who emerge from the system, able to function normally, are near zero. Some are never seen again.  

Child Protective Services act like they have free reign to rip your child, literally, from your arms. Most parents believe that if they are not guilty of abusing their children then they have nothing to worry about. They are dead wrong. Most people also believe that if CPS is in your life then there “must be a good reason”. Again, they are wrong.

My 2 year old grandson, Braeden, was stolen by DCF on 2/26/14 based on MANIPULATION, LIES AND DECEPTION!  DCF lied under oath and assassinated my character (character defamation).  They literally committed perjury, knowingly, in order to place Braeden in State's care without having to have any evidence of their horrific lies!!  I was completely powerless to protect Braeden from these monsters in a blink of an eye.  I never saw it coming...

It was my worse nightmare... It will forever haunt me.  But is a reality that too many are facing with children (or grandchildren) who are a gift from God and people who cherish and love them, as such, by people like me, find themselves powerless in an instant of being able to protect our precious kids from the vultures that lurk who have been given too much power that had been established to SAVE ABUSED CHILDREN but instead the root of all evil... Money... Is now the leading force.

How could I have been such an idiot?  I put my trust into Child 'Protective' Services (DCF, in my case, where we live in Port Saint Lucie, Florida) to only get a rude awakening... I TRULY BELIEVED THAT THIS SYSTEM WAS GEARED TO RESCUE CHILDREN FROM ABUSE AND THEIR PRIORITY WAS TO ALWAYS LOOK OUT FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF A CHILD... That is the farthest thing from the truth.  'Truth' is so far removed where CPS is concerned.  All it takes is a call from a vengeful person who only think of a child as a pawn... Families are destroyed.  Children suffer unimaginably and lives are forever changed.

The system used includes three stages. The first phase is to shock and intimidate the parents into consenting to let their children be processed into the system. The second phase is to force parents, terrified for their children, to begin a process of ‘case management.’ That process is a template that is designed to push the parents into emotional meltdown and bankruptcy. The third phase is to sever the parental rights entirely and sell the children.

On 2/18/14, a week prior to DCF succeeding in 'legally kidnapping' Braeden, I received a call from a CPS sheriff from Manatee County, Troy Symon, to inform me that someone would be by shortly to pick up my grandson and made it very clear I needed to hand him over willingly or I WOULD BE ARRESTED!  I was in complete shock.  We had waited a very long 2 1/2 months to have our prayers answered to have Braeden returned safely back home.  His mentally unstable father, Aaron Tyszkiewicz, and his father's evil mother had fled with him after brutally beating Braeden's mother on 12/6/13.  God had exposed Aaron Tyszkiewicz on 2/14/14 when he was arrested in an undercover child sex sting operation > Operation Green Shepherd 3.  We were in fear for Braeden's safety from the moment they fled and were so thankful to God for his safe return although Braeden had obviously been emotionally abused.  Aaron is deeply troubled by being abused all his life by his psychotic mother and was discharged from the army on 100% disability with various 'mental' issues.  I find it deeply disturbing how Aaron is constantly playing the 'victim of abuse' as if that should excuse HIS ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR.  It sickens me that every awful thing he says about his mother was exactly his behavior toward his wife (who has since left him) and his innocent child.  Him and his mom are two peas in a pod!  You would think one filled with so much hate for the years of abuse from his mother would make one want to stay away from their abuser and become a better person then become the same monster who they have so much hate for, but that's not the case.  Monkey see, monkey does.  Master manipulator, pathological liar, narcissist... are just a few of the traits he has mastered.  The cycle of abuse must be stopped! 

Braeden was finally back home!!  So why in God's name would anyone want to cause him more trauma?  What kind of power did these people have?  How and why would I be arrested for protecting my grandson who I cherished and loved?  How could someone just take him away?... AGAIN?!?  There must be a mistake or misunderstanding.  Looking back... It seems even more crazy now of their intent because I was completely ignorant to the corruption that exists and was completely unaware of CPS resorting to child trafficking.  The only knowledge I was aware of where CPS is concerned is that they are 'protecting' children from abuse... And 'Saving' children from places you can't even call 'home' or from parent(s) who are incapable of taking care of themselves, let alone a child.  The way the media wants to portray to the public is that the majority of kids are rescued from a drug addict whose only goal is to figure out a way to get their 'next fix'.  Not too long ago I watched a documentary by journalist Lisa Ling about children who were 'rescued'.  I was livid... I had hopes to see a journalist tell ALL SIDES of the reality that exists... She did not share the endless amount of children 'legally kidnapped' from loving homes!

By the Grace of God Braeden was returned to us for good 9 long months after he was ripped away from us the first time on 12/6/13 which was always our goal.  Now he will be loved unconditionally and be spared of living a life of emotional abuse by his biological father and his father's mother.  The cycle of abuse ends with them.

I am praying that we can seek some justice with the help of the police and the State's Prosecutor taking proper action against Laura Bodnar and her son, Aaron Tyszkiewicz for their criminal actions against my daughter, Christie (Nikki) Tyszkiewicz and my grandson, Braeden Voegtli who have both been the REAL victims since 12/6/13.  If there had been a proper investigation done, both known abusers (Laura and Aaron) would NEVER have been able to walk free to continue the very sick CYCLE OF ABUSE they both seem to thrive off of.  It is so disturbing to think that Aaron, who has always been deeply troubled by his mother's abuse all his life, could turn so easily on his wife, the mother of his child and lie so easily to the cops in order to protect his abuser who he witnessed brutally beat his wife.  Many can't help to wonder if 12/6 had been planned out by mother and son who are both pathological liars in order to gain control over Braeden that they had both fought for custody prior to Aaron manipulating Nikki into remarrying him after Braeden was born.  The entire family was deeply concerned when Nikki was convinced to return to a known abuser.  We were in fear for her life and Braeden's.  Rightfully so.  As disturbing as this sounds, many question whether they had intended to eliminate Nikki altogether but thank God that didn't happen.  What a coincidence, the very first time Aaron's mother, Laura, is visiting such a tragedy would occur.  Both are master manipulators and have proven they are a danger to society.  They both need to be held accountable for the destruction they have caused with malice intent and be stopped before someone else becomes a victim.  Their actions immediately following the beating speaks volumes.  Pictures tell a 1,000 words... Two vicious black eyes, bruises from head to toe and having sustained a concussion, cervical sprain, contusions to the shoulder and wrist was the result by two evil people on a mission.  The 911 call says it all.  Was made by a master manipulator who was determined to walk free after brutally beating her daughter in law by trying to play the 'victim', which is a total charade, yet Nikki is the ONLY ONE PLEADING FOR HELP AND THE ONLY ONE WHO NEEDED MEDICAL ATTENTION.  Because the abusers walked free they were able to continue the cycle of abuse and will continue to do so unless we can finely seek justice where justice is due.  PLEASE HELP!!

She was so wired out on something, her neck and back didn't prevent her from going 'crazy' on Nikki.  Aaron had admitted to me on the phone the following day, almost as if he were bragging, how he never knew his mother could be so feisty when his mom was beating Nikki and in the report he stated that it lasted 45 minutes... He just watched?  Odd!  Why didn't he pull his mom off of Nikki  OR was Aaron in on it?  He had also told me that he had been begging Nikki to hit him - to let it out, hit me, hit me, get it out of your system because he felt it would make sense to a degree to me from what I had told him was the reason for me leaving when I did EXCEPT I had lied in order not to hurt his feelings which was a RED FLAG to me.  I didn't want to hurt his feelings that his mother was the reason I was leaving...  I was tired and just wanted to go home... Aaron was getting high, Laura was drinking and was wired out on something - I didn't want to be around them.  So was I a scapegoat.  Why would they say that Nikki and I had not gotten into an argument...?)

The police made a horrific mistake which has cost us dearly, financially and emotionally.  You NEVER hear Laura pleading for HELP...  The sheriff could see Nikki's injuries. Nikki was the only one pleading for her life.  The only one hospitalized!!!  NOT ONE STATEMENT MADE BY LAURA OR AARON WAS THAT NIKKI 'HIT' LAURA FIRST... THEY CLAIM NIKKI SLAPPED AARON. YET ON THE 911 CALL LAURA STATES "NO, YOU HIT ME!"   "SHE HIT ME" NO! NO! WHEN BOTH AARON AND NIKKI ARE TELLING LAURA THAT SHE WAS THE ONE TO HIT NIKKI FIRST.  LAURA WAS ABLE TO JUSTIFY WHAT SHE DID BY PUTTING A TWIST ON IT CLAIMING SHE HAD TO DEFEND HER SON (who she claims is her husband on the call) AGAINST WHAT???????  Truly frightening.  But because Laura called 911, and Aaron went along with his mom that Nikki had slapped Aaron in the face (why a scratch and not a hand print then?) and Laura came to the rescue...(if Nikki had slapped Aaron, he couldn't defend himself?) It made it okay to brutally beat another human being which gave her serious injuries, including a concussion?  The pictures and the 911 call TELL WHO THE AGGRESSOR IS.  They allowed a walking time bomb to walk free and managed to get a No Contact Order along with the charges, as if, Nikki, could have possibly have been the aggressor.  Pictures speak a thousand words.  When the sheriff had asked about Braeden, who had to have been traumatized by seeing his mother get brutally beat, then arrested, Laura lied and said Nikki was holding him and when she went to punch Laura, she dropped him.  She LIED!!  Nikki NEVER punched Laura and pictures tell ALL!! Braeden had been in bed. It was Laura who was holding Braeden and turned 'psycho' on Nikki and it didn't help that she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.  There are 4 statements which are all different of what occurred by both Aaron and Laura, but even in one of the statements, Laura admitted to, was the one where she was holding Braeden (how could she hold Braeden with her >>>BACK AND NECK FUSIONS<<< Laura dropped him, but claims it was when Nikki punched her in one report.  It was when Laura suckered punched Nikki in the face when Aaron was begging Nikki to hit him for whatever crazy reason.   LAURA WAS WIRED OUT ON SOMETHING!  Aaron was high as a kite.  Both of them, were on an evil mission... But pathological liars have a 'gift' to 'switch gears'.  Nikki NEVER touched her except to try and defend herself!!  Laura also claims in a statement that Nikki kicked her in the throat.. Yet Nikki was the one with a cervical sprain and Laura did not need any medical care.  Laura's neck and back could not have been too serious and if they had been, it would have been from her own doing.  She refused medical care!  What does that tell you?  It's so odd how earlier in the evening ALL Laura talked about was her 'neck and back fusions' over and over again. I was unable to 'reprogram' her when I tried to switch the topic about how nice Aaron and Nikki had fixed up their house... Nothing.  I tried to switch the topic to Braeden since it had only been the 3rd time she had ever seen Braeden...  But Laura was wound up!!  Ironically, this had been the first time Laura had ever visited!  Laura was all about 'me, me, me,' 'back and neck surgeries'. Over and over again.  Couldn't get her to change topics.  It was disturbing.  

Because the sheriff refused to see the truth and was manipulated by Laura, and there was no investigation done properly, she is free to walk among society with no consequences for her criminal behavior.  Who will be her next target?  Aaron claims he's been a victim of abuse by his mother all his life.  Laura and Aaron, who are both abusers, not only managed to have Nikki locked up for a crime LAURA had committed, they were free to literally empty out the home Nikki and Aaron lived in, in two days time!  They tried to prevent us from finding out by conveniently using the 'No Contact Order' to the cops when we had requested a 'cop escort' to go to the home on 3 different occasions to get Nikki's belongings.  The cops told us we were not allowed there the first 2 times (Laura and Aaron did not want us to see them 'fleeing').  Aaron had lied to the cop who stopped about a block away from the house, the first time we attempted, and told him that he knew exactly what 'personal items' to pack for his wife.  When we received a full suitcase filled with BABY CLOTHES and only ONE PAIR OF SWEATPANTS AND ONE PAIR OF SHORTS, we were in total disbelief!!   It was more then disturbing.  How could anyone be so vicious?  What is wrong with these people?  My daughter may as well as been punched again.  Nikki didn't even get the keys to her car.  Guess Aaron was planning on relinquishing another vehicle of Nikki's.  Wouldn't be the first time!  The 2nd time, the cops made us wait at a gas station and they retrieved the keys.  We went to put a complaint in after a 'victim's advocate' brought it to our attention that the police HAD TO ENTITLE NIKKI TO A POLICE ESCORT, ONE TIME, IN ORDER FOR HER TO GET HER THINGS.  But it was too late.  All of Nikki's items were thrown out in the trash or stolen.  Aaron and Laura were free to flee with Braeden to continue the cycle of abuse.  And nobody would listen to our desperate concerns for Braeden because the cops arrested the wrong person!!  Nikki may as well have been guilty of all charges (what happened to 'innocent' until proven guilty?) because no matter who we turned to, THE TRUTH didn't matter.  Nikki's black eyes and bruises, literally, from head to toe that didn't go away for over a month was just a reminder of how the system had failed miserably.  Our cries for Braeden's safety went unheard because a 'no contact order' had been issued against Nikki.  It's all so crazy.  We just had to continue praying for Braeden to be returned to us safely... I am praying that we can seek some justice with the help of the police and the State's Prosecutor taking proper action against Laura Bodnar and her son, Aaron Tyszkiewicz for their criminal actions against my daughter, Christie (Nikki) Tyszkiewicz and my grandson, Braeden Voegtli who have both been the REAL victims since 12/6/13.  If there had been a proper investigation done, both known abusers (Laura and Aaron) would NEVER have been able to walk free to continue the very sick CYCLE OF ABUSE they both seem to thrive off of.  It is so disturbing to think that Aaron, who has always been deeply troubled by his mother's abuse all his life, could turn so easily on his wife, the mother of his child and lie so easily to the cops in order to protect his abuser who he witnessed brutally beat his wife.  Many can't help to wonder if 12/6 had been planned out by mother and son who are both pathological liars in order to gain control over Braeden that they had both fought for custody prior to Aaron manipulating Nikki into remarrying him after Braeden was born.  The entire family was deeply concerned when Nikki was convinced to return to a known abuser.  We were in fear for her life and Braeden's.  Rightfully so.  As disturbing as this sounds, many question whether they had intended to eliminate Nikki altogether but thank God that didn't happen.  What a coincidence, the very first time Aaron's mother, Laura, is visiting such a tragedy would occur.  Both are master manipulators and have proven they are a danger to society.  They both need to be held accountable for the destruction they have caused with malice intent and be stopped before someone else becomes a victim.  Their actions immediately following the beating speaks volumes.  Pictures tell a 1,000 words... Two vicious black eyes, bruises from head to toe and having sustained a concussion, cervical sprain, contusions to the shoulder and wrist was the result by two evil people on a mission.  The 911 call says it all.  Was made by a master manipulator who was determined to walk free after brutally beating her daughter in law by trying to play the 'victim', which is a total charade, yet Nikki is the ONLY ONE PLEADING FOR HELP AND THE ONLY ONE WHO NEEDED MEDICAL ATTENTION.  Because the abusers walked free they were able to continue the cycle of abuse and will continue to do so unless we can finely seek justice where justice is due.  PLEASE HELP!!

But Laura will stop at nothing, as she most likely has done throughout Aaron's life, to persuade Aaron that what he actually saw with his own eyes was NOT what he saw >>> again, evil manipulation (he had told us on numerous occasions since 1996 that his mother is crazy and she is NEVER wrong even when she is - it literally drove Aaron to be mentally unstable where he is collecting disability for various 'mental' issues.

Yet Nikki was the one with a cervical sprain and Laura did not need any medical care.  Laura's neck and back could not have been too serious and if they had been, it would have been from her own doing.  She refused medical care!  And had no problem emptying the house in 2 days times to flee with Braeden to another county while they left Nikki in jail.  What does that tell you?  It's so odd how earlier in the evening ALL Laura talked about was her 'neck and back fusions' over and over again. I was unable to 'reprogram' her when I tried to switch the topic about how nice Aaron and Nikki had fixed up their house... Nothing.  I tried to switch the topic to Braeden since it had only been the 3rd time she had ever seen Braeden...  But Laura was wound up!!  Ironically, this had been the first time Laura had ever visited!  Laura was all about 'me, me, me,' 'back and neck surgeries'. Over and over again.  Couldn't get her to change topics.  It was disturbing.  

Because the sheriff refused to see the truth and was manipulated by Laura, and there was no investigation done properly, she is free to walk among society with no consequences for her criminal behavior.  Who will be her next target?  Aaron claims he's been a victim of abuse by his mother all his life.  Laura and Aaron, who are both abusers, not only managed to have Nikki locked up for a crime LAURA had committed, they were free to literally empty out the home Nikki and Aaron lived in, in two days time!  They tried to prevent us from finding out by conveniently using the 'No Contact Order' to the cops when we had requested a 'cop escort' to go to the home on 3 different occasions to get Nikki's belongings.  The cops told us we were not allowed there the first 2 times (Laura and Aaron did not want us to see them 'fleeing').  Aaron had lied to the cop who stopped about a block away from the house, the first time we attempted, and told him that he knew exactly what 'personal items' to pack for his wife.  When we received a full suitcase filled with BABY CLOTHES and only ONE PAIR OF SWEATPANTS AND ONE PAIR OF SHORTS, we were in total disbelief!!   It was more then disturbing.  How could anyone be so vicious?  What is wrong with these people?  My daughter may as well as been punched again.  Nikki didn't even get the keys to her car.  Guess Aaron was planning on relinquishing another vehicle of Nikki's.  Wouldn't be the first time!  The 2nd time, the cops made us wait at a gas station and they retrieved the keys.  We went to put a complaint in after a 'victim's advocate' brought it to our attention that the police HAD TO ENTITLE NIKKI TO A POLICE ESCORT, ONE TIME, IN ORDER FOR HER TO GET HER THINGS.  But it was too late.  All of Nikki's items were thrown out in the trash or stolen.  Aaron and Laura were free to flee with Braeden to continue the cycle of abuse.  And nobody would listen to our desperate concerns for Braeden because the cops arrested the wrong person!!  Nikki may as well have been guilty of all charges (what happened to 'innocent' until proven guilty?) because no matter who we turned to, THE TRUTH didn't matter.  Nikki's black eyes and bruises, literally, from head to toe that didn't go away for over a month was just a reminder of how the system had failed miserably.  Our cries for Braeden's safety went unheard because a 'no contact order' had been issued against Nikki.  It's all so crazy.  We just had to continue praying for Braeden to be returned to us safely... What a complete travesty of justice.

MUGSHOT OF AARON 2 1/2 months after fleeing with his 2 year old son to another county.  All it took was 2 days after the beating of his wife for him to be on dating sites in seek of another victim.  Only took 2 days for him and his mother (who had >>>NECK AND BACK SURGERY<<<) to empty out the house he and his wife and his child had just moved into a month prior... Why would they steal her birth certificate and social security card?  Then his mom visits for the very first time and the never ending drama escalates!  2 1/2 months after he and his mother flee with his son he is arrested in an undercover child sex sting operation < OPERATION GREEN SHEPHERD 3 > on 2/14/14 for trying to 'hook up' for a weekend of anal sex with who he thought was a 14 year old just a day after meeting the child on line and had actually shared pictures of his genitals with the same day he met her on-line.  SICK!!  But he feels he has done no wrong... Like mother, like son.  He had his 2 year old son with him when he CHOSE to drive to another county to pick up a 14 year old to bring back to his place... HOW MENTALLY UNSTABLE IS THAT?  He is 27 years old who claims to have 'retired' from the army and has no grasp of reality... He is receiving 100% disability (mental).  Master manipulator like his mother or a truly disturbed individual?  Only he has the REAL answer to that.  Either way HE IS DESPICABLE!!! PATHETIC!

We've been to hell and back since 12/6/13 but God has always been on our side... Good conquers evil.  God is good ;) WE HAVE BRAEDEN BACK 9 VERY LONG MONTHS LATER... Read my other blogs on how God returned Braeden home on 2/14/14 to only have Laura have him ripped away again... Our prayers were answered a 2nd time on 9/20/14 when Braeden, who had been stolen by the state of FL (DCF/CPS),

FINALLY came home for good... Thank you God!  GOD IS GREAT!
