Best Interest of the Child - Modern Day Slavery

Who?

• The Leading Actor in your State is the “Governor”.

• Your State Governor could take immediate action if the person wished to stop this, sometimes corrupt, misuse of the Child Protective Services system within your state.

• The Governor could call for a “Special Session” of the State Legislature and take the “lead” in guiding them to repair a failing system that hurts children and families.

Why would the Governor not take action?

• The Governor will not take action because it would be political suicide. The system is ADDICTED to federal funding and the Governor’s support comes from the very same people that use the system for “wrong” reasons.

• Because “politics” dictates they remain silent or lose their status in the legislature. The Governor can stop the legislation they are wanting heard and both parties have a vested interest in not being exposed for allowing the misuse of the Child Protective Service system in your state for decades.

State Attorney General's office:

The Attorney General is the chief legal officer for your state. Their job is to represent and provide legal advice to departments. (Child Protective Services)

• It is not their job to achieve justice for children, Mothers, Fathers or families. They defend the state systems with a savagery that citizens would be ashamed of and are capable of unethical actions that border criminal behavior.

 Child Protective Services:

 • Child Protective Services is a state agency entrusted to investigate sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse and neglect of children.

• They are supposed to keep children safe.

• Consistently children that should not be taken are taken and children that should be taken are not taken. Literally thousands of cases are not investigated and children die while CPS is involved.

• Children are not safe in your State’s custody.

The CPS Investigator is responsible for the initial contact with the child and gathers evidence of the;  Who? What? When? Where? of the suspected child abuse and neglect.

They are responsible to make the decision to remove the child. Some of these CPS cases drag on for more than six years and are often never decided as the child turns 18 and some are decided at 11:59pm the day before the child’s 18th birthday.  

DCF waits by the phone for any calls that will help lead them to a child they can place in the ‘system’.  To keep the money rolling in they gather ‘evidence’ from the caller whether it’s true or NOT.  Hence the beginning of another ~lost identity~ and the beginning of the first entry in the disclosure as if it were FACT.  DCF takes whatever information they can and plants it as ‘evidence’ against whoever is the caretaker of a child they are in need of placing in a very crippled system where that child more often then not is placed in more danger!  Kids are merely ‘merchandise’ to those who depend on children for their livelihood.  If a child is removed based on lies stated as facts, how is this in the ‘best interest of the child’?  It’s NOT!  If your child has been removed based on lies, request a copy of the disclosure you are legally entitled to so you can see what ‘evidence’ has been documented against you.  The disclosure is supposed to pertain FACTS of everything pertaining to a case to justify why a child has been removed and includes every encounter DCF and others have with whoever they are on a mission to crucify in order to appear as ‘unfit’ to care for that child.  My grandson, Braeden, who was two years old when he was literally kidnapped from me, became a target for TITLE IV-E funding after his biological dad signed his rights to his son over to the state.  DCF had their work cut out for them because Braeden was in my care.  (Will share our story in another Blog I will title Why did DCF kidnap my grandson?).  When we requested the disclosure we were legally entitled to, they used stall tactics and not until we hired a reputable, experienced lawyer did we finally see the magnitude of vicious lies about the two people who they needed to appear as unfit, me and my daughter, in order to justify adopting him to strangers.  By the Grace of God we were able to hire the lawyer we did to bring Braeden home.  Reading through the disclosure was beyond disturbing.  There was NOT one true statement within pages and pages of documentation.  It gave me great insight on exactly how evil they operate and proof of what their actual goal was.  To assasinate my character the way they did at the removal hearing was deeply troubling but to read page after page filled with twisted horrific lies... there are no words to describe it, but I know if we had not hired the lawyer that we did, Braeden would have been yet another child who was unjustly forced into adoption.  Another ~lost identity~

Modern day slavery was established in 1974 with the signing of the CAPTA legislation.  This is organized crime within our government and although it is recorded in history that CAPTA legislation began feeding federal funding into the state’s child welfare agencies... with remarkable foresight Mondale expressed concerns that the legislation could lead to systemic abuse in that the state agencies might over-process children into the system unnecessarily to keep, and increase, the flow of federal dollars, in 1997 the ASFA legislation would systematically help increase more funding for every child the 'system' could adopt out to strangers although most children unjustly taken have family who are swept under the rug because money and 'organized crime' is always more of a priority then what is actually in the ~ best interest of the child ~.  Hillary Clinton was the mastermind behind the ASFA.  Instead of putting a stop to modern day slavery, HITlary found the opportunity to establish more profit while appearing as if ~forced adoption~ is based solely for kids in need of a new family while leaving biological family members in total disbelief of being powerless to protect their own flesh & blood against Organized Crime within our own government... Who are the players?  Whose keeping score?  Children's lives are at stake everyday.  If you believe all kids who are taken by the key players within this corrupt establishment... it will only be a matter of time before you or someone close to you has had their child put up on the auction block in 'need' of providing our government a source of 'incentives' they manipulatively established in 1974.  A corrupt operation who depends on our children for their livelihood.  I know from personal experience how DCF cannot be trusted and perhaps since their mission was to adopt Braeden out, I got to deal strictly with those who operate with the similar traits of a sociopathic criminal and are pathological liars.  Only a sociopath would claim when they kidnapped a child after luring the grandparent to their territory based on lies that it was in ‘the best interest of the child’.  Not having a care in the world of how traumatic it was or the permanent affect it would have on that child.  Money sure has a way of clouding people’s judgement.

God had returned my grandson, Braeden, back home to us on 2/14/14 from the evil that had fled with him 2 1/2 months prior when his father, Aaron took part in the brutal beating of  Braeden's mother that left her with two black eyes, contusions to the shoulder and wrist, sprained neck, bruises from head to toe and a concussion.... all in front of Braeden who was 2 at the time.  Aaron and his mother, Laura Bodnar, emptied the house completely out they had just moved into a month prior in Florida when he was able to manipulate the army into receiving disability for 'mental issues' while he was stationed in Texas.  That was his goal when he enlisted in the army... to stay long enough to receive disability from the VA.  Aaron's wife had divorced him when she found out she was pregnant because of how abusive he was but once Braeden was born he managed to manipulate Nikki into remarrying him

How does one overlook corruption once a child's life has been placed into a danger that may or may not await them by those paid by the government to supposedly protect a child from any further 'abuse' the government  . A danger the child was supposedly removed from 'legally'?  

It is so insane how our 'legal' system and DCF are so corrupt. As for 'looking out for the best interest of the child'... Money is more important to those who hide behind this facade and unless you have the money to play the game, innocent children will be ABUSED by a system that is evil > Matthews 7:15 > beware of those who appear in sheep's clothing yet are ravenous wolves.  Children are a gift from God.  It was not God's intention for kids to be a commodity for federal funding to our government who are ripped away from loving parent(s) unconstitutionally... in domestic abuse cases, endless kids are #TAKEN and robbed of their identity to only be placed in a crippled system where there are no guarantees for that child's safety.  I went searching for answers after my grandson was KIDNAPPED from me by DCF - AFTER 5 cops & DCF got the evidence they needed to find the 'Complaint Unfounded'... Why would DCF knowingly commit perjury about ME at the removal hearing?  Call me 'crazy' but my grandson was in my care when he was kidnapped from ME by DCF unconstitutionally... DCF lied about ME under oath... But 2 years later after reaching out to the inspector general twice, I'm told he wasn't removed from me; "He was removed from his mother"... It makes me LIVID!  Because my daughter had bogus charges against her (that were later dropped) and his father was in jail, my grandson became a target for federal funding and I was used as a scapegoat that the state chewed up and spit out.  DCF gave me clarity on how easily kids are unconstitutionally removed.  What I found even more troubling is how does DCF get away with behaving like criminals... Kidnapping, committing perjury, holding my grandson hostage for 7 months while CAPTA endorsed their actions 'financially' is beyond criminal.  If we had not hired an experienced lawyer to bring my grandson home, DCF and family court would have continued the charade in order to profit off a child they saw as an easy target.  I would be naive to think we were an isolated case of total injustice.  Senator Nancy Schaefer gave me clarity on the corruption we were exposed to; extensive research has given me clarity on the overall evil existence of DCF.

'Medically kidnapped' is going rampant.  'Legally kidnapped' is a free for all.  Governor Rick Scott is providing $$$ to every government employee who adopts a kid... $5,000 to 'legally kidnapped' kids and $10,000 for every 'medically kidnapped' kid.  This law was signed by a total ignorance by a governor or knew exactly what he was doing by flashing money to those who were creating an 'uproar' and an attempt to help sweep it under the rug, so to be speak like Hillary and Bill Clinton did with the ASFA legislation 

Injuries sustained to a child can always be questionable of how the injuries actually occurred.  A child suffering from an 'undiagnosed' illness that has been taken to numerous doctors and hospitals - leads me to question if medical experts are so clueless and are concerned about a medical malpractice suit or are these children easy prey for scientific experimental use that are of interest by our government?  Either way, it's totally evil and all I know is the root of all evil is money.  Media is only willing to report about kids who are removed from their family are those with injuries that need to be 'investigated' in order to 'look after the best interest of the child' who may or may not have been a victim of abuse that caused their injuries, as if this is the only time DCF will have a 'need' to do a job social workers are NOT qualified to do > media only sensationalizes on severely injured kids - Society is being so manipulated by what the media reports... Why is it the media NEVER reports how kids who have NEVER been abused/neglected (NO INJURIES) are KIDNAPPED everyday unconstitutionally by an agency within our government who, from my personal experience in order to 'seal the deal' to remove a child within our 'justice' system have been given the freedom to commit perjury and make a total mockery out of our justice system.  If DCF feels so justified in kidnapping kids and LYING under oath in order to look after the best interest of a child > then why is it hidden so well from society?

If ever in our history we have shown to harbor a cancerous crime and human rights violations, we can know, like slavery, kids are held legally and detained from the reach of the protection of their families.  There is no greater issue facing America, and it is the dismantling of the American family, their self sufficiency and their right and promise under the constitution.  We can no longer look past the blind cruelty to families for the sake of racketeering to seize children for financial gain.

Inspector General

I have reached out to the inspector general twice, in addition to the governor and senators.  All it did was reinforce the magnitude of the corruption that is destroying endless innocent families.  To have DCF respond by phone to both of my complaints to the IG and stand by 'it was in the best interest of the child' (to have DCF kidnap my grandson on their THIRD attempt) with the first complaint made me livid. All criminals should investigate their own crimes... As long as the criminals are 'civil servants' working for the government.  I totally get it now.  The response to my second complaint with specific questions that were NEVER answered only confirmed what I had suspected all along.  I was merely a scapegoat who was chewed up and spit out by the state... Braeden was a target for federal and TITLE IV-E funding.  The disclosure is very telling... It is filled with vicious lies!

If my grandson wasn't removed (kidnapped) from ME then why is the disclosure filled with vicious lies about ME?  Why is the kidnapping that DCF succeeded on 2/27/14 NEVER mentioned?  Why would Leslie Jones from DCF, who never spoke to me except to demand I leave as she held open the door while my sister and I were being shoved from behind forcing us to leave WITHOUT my grandson, commit perjury about ME at the removal hearing?  Testify under oath that I had been arrested for 'doctor shopping'??!!??  Without having to produce any such evidence!!  Why were my grandson and I terrorized on 3 different dates by DCF and police?  If my grandson was 'legally kidnapped' from his mother, why was I NOT 'allowed' to visit him once DCF 'sealed the deal'... Why I was NOT 'allowed' to stay with him overnight when he was hospitalized?  Why was I NOT 'allowed' to supervise visitation for my daughter and her son... my grandchild?!?  Braeden was placed in another county... If it hadn't been for the two angels (my sister and a friend from church) who were willing to take on the role as 'supervisors' and drive the distance everyday for seven months once my daughter was 'legally' able to visit with her own son, she would NEVER have had the means to prove herself as a parent.  Braeden would have continued to decline emotionally.  He was traumatized after he was unconstitutionally ripped away from me and had retreated into a shell.  By the Grace of God once he laid eyes on his mother, it was exactly what he needed.  

To know the state is ripping kids away from loving homes where there is no abuse and no neglect has opened my eyes to an evil existence... Corruption that is responsible for destroying endless innocent families.

Forced Adoption is Evil

AN OPEN LETTER TO THE ADOPTIVE PARENTS

You have chosen my child from the forced adoption process perpetrated by child protective services in the United States. He's "yours" now. A corrupt family court judge has used a tainted, federally approved, systematic method of lies and forced alienation to Legally Kidnap my child. I was going to lose my child at all costs in the quest for federal funding by a state agency who will stop at nothing to get custody of my child. 
My child is now with strangers. That stranger is you. How did you choose my child? Did you "shop" for a family on those disgusting adoption sites that tout the child's best qualities? Or were you a prospective adoptive parent posing as a foster parent, so you could see the "real child", and decide if he is a match for the family you are building? Was the adoption bonus or the tax credits a consideration in your decision?  
Was my childs physical appearance evaluated?  Did you bypass children of color, long term, or older foster children in your quest for the perfect fit?  Do you really think the caseworker was truthful about my child's background? Do my questions offend you? I do have a few more. 
In your decision to refuse biological family contact, did you consider the breaking hearts of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and especially the cousins? These members of my child's family were eliminated for consideration in a qualification process that only Jesus Christ and eleven of the disciples could pass. How would you feel if your favorite relative had been banned from your life? Forever.
My child loved his poppy, memaw, auntie, "unck" or cuz. He was held, spoiled, cherished, and deeply loved by all of his family. ARE WE REALLY SUPPOSED TO TURN AWAY AND PRETEND OUR CHILD NO LONGER EXISTS? Would you? I suppose you are getting fairly upset and indignant by now and your thought is, "if you hadn't done something wrong you wouldn't have lost your child". Am I right? I have just a few more questions and thoughts I'd like to share with you because after today I will be expected to proceed in life as though the child that I love, doesn't exist. At what point should a child's constitutional rights to his biological, ethnic, and religious heritage be shoved aside for Title IV funding? According to child protective services those rights do not exist for my child. Was my child molested in states custody?  Should I lose my child for anything less than Abuse beyond a reasonable doubt?  My constitution says no. Unfortunately the family court I have been subjected to uses the cloak of privacy rights to operate outside of constitutional due process. 
Just a few last questions and you may proceed with your plans for my #TAKEN child.
Does my child cry out in the night for me?  Do you comfort him?  Does he tell you he wants to go home?  Does he ask for his siblings?  Do you tell him that we love him?  Does he still have his favorite toy from home?  Did you change his first name?  You do know that a name change in older children traumatizes them for life?  Do you tell him the truth about his biological family?  That we are waiting for our child to find us?  That we will NEVER stop looking for our child?  Do you realize that you cannot successfully erase us from our child's existence? If my child dies will you inform me?  These questions and a million more roil in every waking thought I have.  I assure you, even though I am expected to proceed in life as though my child never existed, I CANNOT!  There will never be a day that I can reconcile myself to the fact that my government, in the country I loved, confiscated a living breathing human being for profit.  I know you feel you adopted for all the right reasons and that is your justification for taking my child.  All your right reasons are all my wrong reasons.  Just remember that. Remember this too...I will NEVER stop loving and looking for my child, no matter what the consequences.  So don't be surprised when I appear at an unexpected time in the future...after all, I was the one blessed with the God given right to be my child's biological parent.  A corrupt government, family court judge, cps agency, hell or high water, Satan, nor you can take that away from me or my child. You might change it for a little while but as the old saying goes, "blood is thicker than water".  Hide behind your illegal adoption, and a corrupt judge. It won't help you.  We won't ever stop loving, or looking for our #TAKEN children.  There are now hundreds of thousands of biological family members experiencing the very things I have written in this letter to you.  Just because something is "within the law" doesn't mean it's morally correct.  I want you to look into my child's eyes and tell him I love him, tell him I exist, tell him I'll never stop looking until I find him and bring him home.

Enforce social workers to wear body cams!

ENFORCE DCF/CPS SOCIAL WORKERS TO WEAR BODY CAMS!  

Endless children are being removed based on lies by DCF.  Child 'Protection' Services are NOT protecting our children.  My grandson was removed from my care - ALL BASED ON LIES BY DCF!  Five police officers refused to remove my 2 year old grandson, Braeden from me after they searched my house and I was thoroughly interrogated by a DCF worker.  A body cam would have captured the FACT that the cops informed to DCF social worker that they were NOT taking part in removing Braeden from my care.  A body cam would have captured the plotting of a kidnapping made by the DCF worker when she returned to my home after the police had left and the lies she told me to lure me to her office the following day... It would have captured the actual KIDNAPPING and how no one ever spoke to me except for when I was demanded to leave WITHOUT my grandson, then my sister and I were shoved out the door with NO explanation and NO legal documents to do so.  DCF committed perjury the following day about me with NO EVIDENCE to 'seal the deal'.  They testified that I was 'under the influence' and that I had been arrested for 'doctor shopping' using the meds I have been taking since 1990 against me!  A body cam would have proved that I was NOT under the influence!  If a child is in need of being removed to protect them from abuse and/or neglect based on what a DCF 'observes'... Let the cameras roll to back up their 'observation' period!  As for testifying under oath that I had been arrested (which I never have), having to produce EVIDENCE of an arrest should be easy enough for any civil servant to get their hands on to be able to present as FACT... If a child is to be ripped away from their family by the government, it should be because body cams were able to 'justify' it is actually in the 'best interest of a child' which happens to be a saying Adolph Hitler came up with!  Kids should NOT be removed unethically OR based on lies... It only leads one to believe when a child is removed in such a manner, they are just a commodity for federal funding.  Isn't that corruption?  Our children should be protected by the constitution, but as it stands today Family Court has managed to operate unconstitutionally.  The People are demanding any child protective service social worker who has the power to turn your world upside down in a blink of an eye, just like police officers, need to wear body cams to prevent them from abusing their power.  Body cams will prevent the corruption that innocent families are being exposed to everyday.  Looking out for the best interest of a child will continue to be a total farce without body cams and having to produce EVIDENCE in a 'court of law'.  The LIES need to stop!  Help me actually 'protect' our children nationwide!
