UNITE AGAINST CPS! God Bless America

God bless all the people subjected to the 'systems' that are destroying families with DECEPTION AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL TACTICS, which makes them CORRUPT!!  In my case an out of county DCF worker resorted to 1st KIDNAPPING attempt of my 2 year old grandson on 2/18/14 after a Sheriff for CPS, Troy Simon, who was the first to threaten me with arrest by phone if I didn't do as I was told when DCF arrived at my home. Then DCF worker, Evelyn Harris, who now claims she was never in my home, also tried to coerce me when she came into my home and demanded that I hand my 2 year old grandson, Braeden, over 'willingly'...with no explanation and she refused to answer any of my questions, then repeatedly got on her phone trying to intimidate me by calling 'back up' numerous times.  I was being terrorized by a stranger, who wore a badge, (hindsight's 20/20... she was abusing her power!) in MY home!!  I chose to get arrested so there would be documentation of exactly where & who he was going to since she had refused to answer any of my questions and found out later she lied to me about where she worked!!!  I had done nothing wrong!  I had not committed a crime, but was treated like a criminal!  The Holy Spirit talked to me that day... Once this LIAR learned that my sister was on her way (witness) she left without saying a word... DCF FAILED at their 1st KIDNAPPING ATTEMPT!!  >>>The Disclosure we got months later clearly stated that the 'plan' was to remove Braeden from my care and return him to the X mother-in-law of my daughter, who had fought for custody of Braeden but lost, then she brutally beat Braeden's mother on 12/6/13 (which we have pictures of how brutal it was) then fled with Braeden and an interview done by a DCF worker documented how she was a 'walking time bomb'!  Not to mention her 28 year old son has always claimed that his mom severely abused him emotionally all his life and is 'mentally unstable' by the army who deemed him 100% disabled with various mental issues... Why in God's name would Child Protective Services be so willing to remove an innocent 2 year old from a stable, loving home where he was FINALLY SAFE to return him to who THEY claimed was a walking time bomb?<<< 

A week after the failed 'kidnapping' attempt MORE LIES, MANIPULATION and more SCARE TACTICS. They would stop at nothing!!  I have never been so terrified in my life.  I was TERRORIZED!!  It is so unconstitutional what DCF put my grandson and me through.  Total insanity!  DCF COERCED ME AND MY SISTER INTO BRINGING MY GRANDSON TO THEM by FLAT OUT LYING, telling us the police wanted to see me and DCF continued with their manipulation by stating she was sure 'it was all a misunderstanding and that we could work it out by meeting with them the next day'!  He was literally KIDNAPPED and I was body slammed out the door while pleading to Leslie Jones to please speak to my lawyer (I had his assistant on the phone) so I could understand what was happening.  It was like an out of body experience.  How could this be happening in America?  To be treated so inhuman!  Months later we got our hands on a police report, which DCF had knowledge of, when the police had come to my home because I had refused to answer the door to DCF, then mine and my grandson's 4th and 14th Amendment Rights were completely violated, but the police report clearly stated they found the 'complaint unfounded' and 'it appeared that Braeden was being well taken care of'!!  DCF COMMITTED PERJURY without having to produce ANY evidence by saying I had been arrested for Doctor shopping... character defamation to 'legally' KIDNAP my grandson to prove their 'power' and to PROFIT on 2/28/14.  I walked Braeden right into their trap by being coerced into thinking the police were demanding that we meet with them at DCF headquarters... (Not realizing the police were the one's who REFUSED to remove Braeden the previous day).

CPS PROFITS WHEN THEY PLACE A CHILD IN STATE's CARE WHICH IS FEDERALLY FUNDED BY OUR TAX DOLLARS!  They are no better then the pathological lying, manipulative sociopaths that exist in this world whose mission is to destroy others in order to have 'control' over their victims! WE HAVE TO UNITE!!  This is not the 'Land of the Free'!!  POWER+GREED=CORRUPTION [EVIL]  CPS are conspiring to child trafficking!  

Over $10,000 in lawyer fees and 6 months later the lies were exposed and Braeden is now home... DCF verses Mafia

CPS/DCF can and will use anything 'legal' against you.  They've been given too much power.  They lie... That's what they do and they continue to get away with STEALING CHILDREN.  They are pathological liars who are equivalent to sociopaths that walk among society by lying and turning law abiding people who are loving parents/grandparents into 'unfit' in order to keep the money rolling in which provides them with job security by 'legally kidnapping' innocent children around the world using a facade of 'protecting' children who need to be saved from abuse and/or neglect when in reality it's become a 'child trafficking' business paid for with our tax dollars... The only difference between DCF/CPS and the Mafia is 'organized crime' does not get kick backs from our tax dollar that the Government 'controls' or 'collects' from those working 'legally' (as long as the Government can profit, it's 'legal') and unlike CPS, the mafia does not target children for financial gain.  Oh yeah, another disturbing fact... The media portrays the Mafia as an organization operating against the Government which makes them the bad guy with evil intentions where as Child Protective Service is an agency that is constantly in the headlines of yet another child who suffered unimaginable abuse which tragically ends in death more times then not by strangers paid for by the state who has specifically been hired to provide the love and understanding that the child supposedly was not receiving from the ones DCF had them removed from.  How twisted is that?  The reality that endless amount of children who have never been abused and/or neglected in many of the homes they are ripped away from to only be subjected to exactly what a government agency is in reality responsible for by what the media still portrays as 'protecting' children from the evil path they end up placing them in seems to be 'organized crime'... How deep and/or how many are getting away with criminal behavior on behalf of children who have no voice?  Removing children from safe, loving homes and placing them in harms way by an agency paid to 'protect' for profit have a even bigger payout when the parental rights have been terminated then the child is adopted out to strangers and in most cases destroying an unsuspecting family by not only breaking the hearts permanently of the parents/grandparents who were powerless against the corruption and forever left with a broken heart that will never mend... An emptiness that can never be filled... Such despair come over some who end their life in order to stop the pain.  The child given up for adoption in many cases are falsely led to believe their parents either didn't love them or were unable to provide for them.  How can this be happening in America?

I've been on the same 'legal' RX since 1990, worked a full time job with Verizon Communications for 30 years, raised both of my children on my own with NO HELP from anyone.  My grandson had finally been returned 2 1/2 months after his mentally unstable father & the father's evil, manipulating mother had fled with him, then his father got arrested in an undercover child sex sting operation > Operation Green Shepherd 3 (google Aaron Tyszkiewicz) but because his mother wanted to continue using her grandson as a pawn, she called DCF with vicious lies about me which I had no knowledge of and since I was ignorant to the corruption that exists, I had trusted DCF to do what was in the best interest of my grandson... I was completely blindsided when they committed perjury and turned me into a 'drug addict' who had been arrested for doctor shopping!  I was FRICKEN blown away.  I have NEVER abused my MEDS, never appear to be 'under the influence' and have NEVER been arrested.  They say whatever they need to in order to accomplish their evil mission.  Over $10,000 and 6 months later, our attorney was able to present a police report that EXPOSED DCF's LIES AND DECEPTION!

Thank God I had refused to answer the door to DCF until my sister arrived because by that time, DCF had called the police for back up, which generated a police report we were unaware of until much later that totally contradicted everything DCF had claimed!  It even came out in court how DCF was very aware of the police report which CLEARLY STATED 'I did not appear to be under the influence of any illegal OR legal substances', Braeden appeared to be 'well taken care of', and THE POLICE STATED 'THEY FOUND THE COMPLAINT TO BE UNFOUNDED'!  Was not aware of how the police had sided in my favor because the CPI agent literally lied after she had left with police to only return to tell me that the cops were unhappy with my demeanor and her job would be on the line unless we brought my grandson to DCF the following day to clear up the 'misunderstanding' at which time they 'legally kidnapped' Braeden!!!!  Fricken sociopathic pathological LIARS!!!  My grandson should NEVER have been removed from my care.  Six months after they STOLE Braeden DCF was aware of my TRUE DEMEANOR that was observed and validated by 5 cops AND documented which they thought was STILL 'DCF's LITTLE SECRET' by testifying to the same vicious lies and making it seem the meds I take turn me into a monster or 'drug addict' who 'appears to be under the influence' which, as they claim, makes me incapable of caring for a child!  They were unable to testify this time that I had been arrested because I had gotten finger printed by choice in hopes it would have brought Braeden home when I PROVED THAT WAS A LIE!  But the public 'pretender' (defender) did NOTHING to bring Braeden home!  

This time we had a REAL attorney and the police report of 5 police officer's observation of my TRUE CHARACTER which DCF was NOT expecting that we would have bothered getting because afterall, we had been told the cops were not happy with my demeanor... Why would we even bother getting such a report?... Why wouldn't we?  Finally... 6 months after my grandson was removed unethically we were able to expose DCF's 'dirty little secret'!  Braeden would no longer be held captive and I would be 'free' to be his grandmother again!  God is good!

Why would an agency resort to such manipulation and deception?  How can these people live with themselves?  Child trafficking by a 'Mafia Government' living off of tax payer's dollars. Power+Greed=Corruption [Evil]

Child Protective Services Are The Abusers

CPS steals children for profit.  Power comes into play also.  Power+Greed=Corruption [Evil]  ... I worked an honest living all my life to only find out the corruption that exists with CPS is paid for by us, the citizens, where many are not aware that CPS is federally funded and those who are aware believe the money is being used to 'protect children from abuse'.  I did.  That is a farce; the system actually pumps money into accounts of all those involved in the system, converting children into cash while destroying them and their families. The number of children who emerge from the system, able to function normally, are near zero. Some are never seen again.  

Child Protective Services act like they have free reign to rip your child, literally, from your arms. Most parents believe that if they are not guilty of abusing their children then they have nothing to worry about. They are dead wrong. Most people also believe that if CPS is in your life then there “must be a good reason”. Again, they are wrong.

My 2 year old grandson, Braeden, was stolen by DCF on 2/26/14 based on MANIPULATION, LIES AND DECEPTION!  DCF lied under oath and assassinated my character (character defamation).  They literally committed perjury, knowingly, in order to place Braeden in State's care without having to have any evidence of their horrific lies!!  I was completely powerless to protect Braeden from these monsters in a blink of an eye.  I never saw it coming...

It was my worse nightmare... It will forever haunt me.  But is a reality that too many are facing with children (or grandchildren) who are a gift from God and people who cherish and love them, as such, by people like me, find themselves powerless in an instant of being able to protect our precious kids from the vultures that lurk who have been given too much power that had been established to SAVE ABUSED CHILDREN but instead the root of all evil... Money... Is now the leading force.

How could I have been such an idiot?  I put my trust into Child 'Protective' Services (DCF, in my case, where we live in Port Saint Lucie, Florida) to only get a rude awakening... I TRULY BELIEVED THAT THIS SYSTEM WAS GEARED TO RESCUE CHILDREN FROM ABUSE AND THEIR PRIORITY WAS TO ALWAYS LOOK OUT FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF A CHILD... That is the farthest thing from the truth.  'Truth' is so far removed where CPS is concerned.  All it takes is a call from a vengeful person who only think of a child as a pawn... Families are destroyed.  Children suffer unimaginably and lives are forever changed.

The system used includes three stages. The first phase is to shock and intimidate the parents into consenting to let their children be processed into the system. The second phase is to force parents, terrified for their children, to begin a process of ‘case management.’ That process is a template that is designed to push the parents into emotional meltdown and bankruptcy. The third phase is to sever the parental rights entirely and sell the children.

On 2/18/14, a week prior to DCF succeeding in 'legally kidnapping' Braeden, I received a call from a CPS sheriff from Manatee County, Troy Symon, to inform me that someone would be by shortly to pick up my grandson and made it very clear I needed to hand him over willingly or I WOULD BE ARRESTED!  I was in complete shock.  We had waited a very long 2 1/2 months to have our prayers answered to have Braeden returned safely back home.  His mentally unstable father, Aaron Tyszkiewicz, and his father's evil mother had fled with him after brutally beating Braeden's mother on 12/6/13.  God had exposed Aaron Tyszkiewicz on 2/14/14 when he was arrested in an undercover child sex sting operation > Operation Green Shepherd 3.  We were in fear for Braeden's safety from the moment they fled and were so thankful to God for his safe return although Braeden had obviously been emotionally abused.  Aaron is deeply troubled by being abused all his life by his psychotic mother and was discharged from the army on 100% disability with various 'mental' issues.  I find it deeply disturbing how Aaron is constantly playing the 'victim of abuse' as if that should excuse HIS ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR.  It sickens me that every awful thing he says about his mother was exactly his behavior toward his wife (who has since left him) and his innocent child.  Him and his mom are two peas in a pod!  You would think one filled with so much hate for the years of abuse from his mother would make one want to stay away from their abuser and become a better person then become the same monster who they have so much hate for, but that's not the case.  Monkey see, monkey does.  Master manipulator, pathological liar, narcissist... are just a few of the traits he has mastered.  The cycle of abuse must be stopped! 

Braeden was finally back home!!  So why in God's name would anyone want to cause him more trauma?  What kind of power did these people have?  How and why would I be arrested for protecting my grandson who I cherished and loved?  How could someone just take him away?... AGAIN?!?  There must be a mistake or misunderstanding.  Looking back... It seems even more crazy now of their intent because I was completely ignorant to the corruption that exists and was completely unaware of CPS resorting to child trafficking.  The only knowledge I was aware of where CPS is concerned is that they are 'protecting' children from abuse... And 'Saving' children from places you can't even call 'home' or from parent(s) who are incapable of taking care of themselves, let alone a child.  The way the media wants to portray to the public is that the majority of kids are rescued from a drug addict whose only goal is to figure out a way to get their 'next fix'.  Not too long ago I watched a documentary by journalist Lisa Ling about children who were 'rescued'.  I was livid... I had hopes to see a journalist tell ALL SIDES of the reality that exists... She did not share the endless amount of children 'legally kidnapped' from loving homes!

By the Grace of God Braeden was returned to us for good 9 long months after he was ripped away from us the first time on 12/6/13 which was always our goal.  Now he will be loved unconditionally and be spared of living a life of emotional abuse by his biological father and his father's mother.  The cycle of abuse ends with them.
